Greg Davis
Greg Davis is our technician based at Wexford in Anderson. He has 16 years of construction and maintenance experience, ranging from framing to landscaping. Greg has been with Town and Country for 2 years.Kevin Winters
Kevin Winters is our technician based at Hidden Creek in Greenwood, but he frequently handles service calls all around Greenwood. Kevin has worked in construction and maintenance since 1995. He has a broad range of skills including: light electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry and finishing, tile work, flooring, roofing and sheetrock. Kevin has been with Town and Country for 1 year.Pete Anagnost
Pete has been with Town and Country for 5 years doing general maintenance and remodeling. Pete’s has very strong plumbing abilities, and is a wonderfully efficient “Jack of all trades”. He is frequently in demand by property managers who know that Pete can knock out a punch list of items in no time. Steve Chasteen
Town and Country was blessed this year to lure Steve Chasteen from his own private business to be our lead carpenter. He has 30 years of experience doing everything from framing to finishing.Kaleb Cabe
Kaleb came to Town and Country recently with HVAC and plumbing training, and painting experience. Kaleb paints and does pressure washing, and is proving to be a quick study to our other technicians.Denny Layne
Denny is an Erskine College graduate with many years of management experience. He has been manager of Town and Country Maintenance and Remodeling for 4 years. Denny also plans and quotes our remodeling projects.
